Help with router!

Hello,
I have a desktop computer and a laptop and i have a wireless router it is a linksys router. I have internet on my desktop and it is connected to my router and works great, and i hooked my router up to my laptop and it worked for about a week then just stop connecting to the internet and it says that my wirless router in not connected right when it is because it is connected to my decktop. When i try to connect it says, "internet exploer cannot display the webpage", and the work offline button it turned off. So what do i do to get my internet working on my laptop? Help!
