Itunes not working

Hi everybody,
I cannot hear anything from my pc. Whenever I will try to play a music from itunes it will tell me that there isn't any sound device connected to the pc and that I have to check it. I went in the control panel and selected the sound and device management but yet it would not open. I have tried almost everything can anyone help me please?

hey there,

you must configure it in the options of itunes itself and not in the control panel you should choose an audio device for the itunes
