well my i pod doesnt show up under the sources column in the itunes program plz help i don't know what to do.

Are you sure that the hardware is working well? you should check that the connection has been well set between your iPod and your computer as it can be linked to your cable. If your cable is working properly, it might be a virus that is not allowing your Ipod from being detected. Make a scan check to be able to determine if you have sent infected files on your iPod before.
