i just reinstalled my windows xp but i have no sound my sound card is a dynex sc5 i already downloaded the driver from hp web page but doesn t work what can i do?

hey there,
if all the cables and also the options for the speakers are not muted?
well i would advice you to try to uninstall the driver and then reinstalling it and when windows you prompt you for the driver just click on cancel and allow the wizard for the sound device to continue.
