My memory card on my fone

Hello,
I have an LG KS360 and i put a 2GB memory card in it. later i got really bored and went on to
settings-external memory-format
after that all my songs and images were gone!
i attached my computer to the fone using a cable, then it came up as if i dont even have a memory card. all i want to know is how to UNORMAT it so i can use it normally again.

Dear Kush,

Your post is not clear enough and if you wish to have the lost files again, there will be no way for it. This is because once it is formatted, it is deleted completely.
