Win32 error

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix win32 error every time i'm on the internet for more then 20 mins I get this error and my computer reboots I've run 4 anti virus programs i've tried 3 different fixes i've rebooted into safe mode and it still does it I even tried a system restore and it's still doing it

can anyone please help
