Some time ago I had to reset my iMac administrator password and I believe this is where I came to get successful tips on how to do solve that problem. It now seems as though my mother has done the same thing with her Dell (sorry don't mean to swear) I have been searching all over the web unsuccessfully for a clue on how to reset the admin psswrd for her but (and I can't believe I did this) but I didn't save the instructions I got when I solved my own dilemma. Any chance you could shed some light on this issue.
