Hi there,

To fix it follow the following steps:

-press start+r at same time to open run, then type msconfig.msc in the box and press enter to open system configuration utility.Press on services tab and check in the small box 'hide all Microsoft services'.Now press on disable all and move to startup tab next to it and press on disable all.Press apply followed by ok and let system restart to apply the recently made changes.

If the message is not displayed remake same process to open system configuration utility and enable all the services which were disabled previously, press apply and ok then restart.

Thanks
