My left side speaker is not working

Hello,
sir, my left speaker is not working but only the right is working.my configuration is VNG-NR498E .IT IS INTEL CENTRINO AND WINDOWS VISTA. but past 2 days i chaged my windows to windows 7. how to slove the problem in the speaker.tell me solution.

Hi there,

Right click on the sound icon on taskbar,press on playback devices>sound properties>level tab>balance and balance the speakers volume for left and right side.
