Problem reading disks

Hello,
sir i am using hp pavilion dv6704 ...with windows vista.
i have aproblem with my pioneer dvd writer.. whenever i insert a disk it does not read
so,please kindly help me rectify this problem...as soon as possible

Hi there,

You mean neither cd and dvd?If so then use a lens cleaner and get it cleaned ,else you will have to change it completely.
