Problems getting gifts from friends

Hello,
unable to accept gifts from friends on facebook. it goes straight to loading the game without accepting the gifts

Dear Sir,

While accepting the gift, you are actually redirected to another page for sending some gifts to some of your friends before receiving the gift that was sent.
