Find a specific word

Hello,
I has a database of customers, it contains some columns: Name, Address, Phone, etc. However, the address column consists information like "Street", "District", "City" , etc in the same cell. Now I want to find those customers who live in a specific City. How can I do that (the database is huge so I can not do it manually)
