Cant access my hotmail account

Hello,
not been able to access my hotmail address for a week now, this is the hotmail address jpowell2009@hotmail.co.uk i have not forgot my password, it is telling me pasword or email is wrong but i know its not.

Hi there,

In this case i will recommend you to change the password,go to hotmail login page and press on forgot password and fill the required fields and answer to the secret question/answer.
