Hello,
my hotmail account wont let me sign in and when i click change password it sends it to my alternate e-mail address but i didnt make an alternate e-mail is there any other way i can sign in ? if someone can help it will be great .thank you

Dear Stephen,

Please check with the email service provider's support whether the new password could be sent to an alternative provided email address so that you get to open it.
