How to remove write protected mode on pendriv

Hello,
Iam Kansham Modar Maring,
I have a transcend JF V38 8 GB pendrive and
unable to remove the writ protd mode. I have
in linux and also in cmd prompt but it doesnt
work. Plz sugest me the solution to
