Problem with computer booting

Hello,
im having problems booting my system, when i turn on the computer all it does is make a bunch of clicking sounds coming out of the tower then an error messege come on,
no boot device connected
sata-0; installed
sata-1; installed
sata-4; none
sata-5; none
any help on this will be greatly apppreciated, im running vista also, if thats any help

This sound like your hard drive has failed. You will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall Windows.
