Cricket broadband

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew what could have happened to my wireless connection after I allowed my school to access my computer to fix a problem now my computer will not connect to my broadband card. It keeps saying could not to connect to computer remote. I dont know if they have to go back and change something on their end or if theiris something I could do.

there is something that you can do go in to your connection and turn off your router and turn it back on and click connect and if that dont work go to configure and repair your connection
