Hello,
Coincidence, I had a similar problem this morning. My cursor was hopping like a little bunny. I fixed it doing a scan with Spybot Search and Destroy. I was infected by Trojan Virtumonde SND.
You can download Spybot on this very site by following this link:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4561-spybot-search-destroy/ During the installation process, if you have a good anti-virus, uncheck the "Tea Timer" component. Please make an update and run a scan.
Let us know if Spybot did the trick.
