Hello,

Just a few hours ago my husband was online and our security program came up announcing my system has been infected...it started a scan in which time it usually quarantines and deletes these problems. Not in this case...I have 3 dll viruses. My system now will not allow me to download ANYTHING...not a malicious removal tool...NOTHING. My security will usually let me view an online report of these things but it blocks that as well.....WHAT DO I DO? Great with comp programs but not with the behind the scenes issues.

I would greatly appreciate some input....

Lol...it is Verizon's Security Suite. Not good at all....but now I am stuck.

Hi there,
Just follow the steps
Click on start->Run->
in open type msinfo32
then go to file and save the file and send it to me for analysis.
