I like to get software for connection intenet

I like to connect internet from my Sigmatel mobile phone to my pc. I get net connection
in my mobile perfectly but can't connect it to my PC. Therefore, I need some software
like pc suite etc. Can you help me providing me such software free of cost. OR can u suggest
me other way to fulfill the same?
