Pen Drive Not working

I am manesh helonde . I buying pen -drive in our company by shop in near place . This Pendrive Working only 3 mounth and then after This will be not working. This pendrive have be Warranty eor 1Year.

Please provide correct information as for the manufacturer contacts you will get it from seller or on the warranty receipt or manual instruction.
