will reinstallation affect wireless IPClosed

Hello,

I have very little knowledge of computers, but just enuff to clean install my OS. 
Recently i bought a wireless router to use at home and asked someone to set it up so that i could use the internet with my laptop as well as a PC. 

Due to some problems with my laptop i want to clean install my OS. Will i be able to get on to the internet after i reinstall the OS or will I have to reenter IP information all over again...or it is stored in the server or something?

You should have written down the security key and SSID (the name you called router/network) and pasted it to the bottom of the router.

If the PC still works or you have another that connects via wireless you can download and run this program that will display the key:
