Xternal is loading but it doent dtect itz ico

Hello,
My toshiba external hard disk has a pblm , its loading light is not standing constantly ,, tht means it loads but lso unload automatically,, hav trie in many PCs by using different cables but the pblm is same,, it also nt showing the partition of my external

Hi there,

Try in device manager,open run and type diskmgmt.msc,you will find it there.If in raw right click on it and create new partition.
