Hello,
DO I NEED TO HAVE A HARD DRIVE INSTALLED TO GET BIOS UP AS ALL I AM GETTING WHEN TURNING ON IS A BRIEF WIRRING OF THE FAN A FEW BEEPS AND THE ONLY LIGHT ON IS THE POWER LIGHT,blank sceen.ITS A DELL INSPIRON2500 ALSO HAS IT BIOS BATTERY AS HAVENT LOCATED ONE YET
