Pci bus driver needed

Hello, I need a driver for PCI Slot 1 (PCI bus 1, device 7, function 0)

can any one tell me what this is? I'm trying to learn how to fix my computer problems myself, so any knowledge would be greatly appreciated!!!

Use your motherboard cd driver and get it installed on system.
