My sony vaio needs restarting

Hello,
i want to know how to restart my laptop aswell to factory settings. its a sony vaio wit windows vista i think the model # is VGN-CR320E . please help me :]

Hi there,

To restart ,press start,point to restart.For factory setting,you need to boot from recovery cd and follow oncsreen instructions.If you do not have recovery cd you need to create them from Sony recovery manager.
