File folder not opening

Hello,
one fo my folder in document section if not opening. whenever i m doing that winow that opens say u cant aceess bcoz it is running in another process

F2 key use to change the ________ of file/folder
Anvi folder locker reset key - Guide
Key in laptop - Guide
How to open .ps file - Guide
Cx file explorer zip folder - Download - File management
Change download folder opera gx - Guide

i M UNABLE TO OPEN FOLDER AFTER DOWNLOADING THE FOLDER ACCESS . I HAVE PASSWORD OTHER FOLDER IN FOLDER ACCESS ARE ACCESSIBLE BUT ONE IS NOT . GIVING REPLY 75 PATH/FILE ACCESS ERROR.I HV IMPORTANT FILE AND DONT WANT TO LOOSEBCOZ OF THIS SOFTWARE I WOILL NVR USE THIS FOLDER ACCESS.
