Hello,
Dear Friend,

i purchased the new laptop,with the model dv4-1431us ,intaillaly they gave vista,but i reinstall to windows7,but i want to downgrade to windows xp,i have inserted the cd in my cdrom,but it showing the error,i called to hp customer care,this is my problem,i explained,but they hp customer care guy said we didn't provide downgrade version's support to your laptop,support,any ways,i want install xp,please can you provide the solution,(i heard that some patch i need to install it will work)i am waiting for eagerly reply
