Hello,

I have a Excel Sheet with Laptop Detail Entry. Columns are Price, Brand, Model, Processor, Ram, Hard Disk, Screen Size, Type, Wifi, BT, CD-ROM.

We have filled this data depending on the data.

Now on a separate sheet we have created a sticker format, where we copy data from these rows. We use Concentanate command to join values in different cells.

The problem we are facing when we make another sticker, we have to manually change the cell refrence # for each formula so it reflect the next row values in the sticker.

In one A4 sheet we around 10 stickers. Is there any way or formula, where we just enter the serial No in one cell and depending on that value it chose all the other values and concatenate them as we want and display it. Like this we get a list of stickers which are ready to print on the laptop.

Sample Row
S# Price Brand Processor Type Speed Memory Hard Disk Screen Wifi BlueTooth CD-ROM
1 14K Dell Intel Centrino 1.6Ghz 512 MB 40 GB 14" yes yes DVD-RW
2 25k Sony Intel Pentium 4 2.0 Ghz 1024MB 30 GB 15" yes no Combo

Sticker
S#: 1
Price: 14K
Brand / Processor / Type: Dell - Intel - Centrino
Speed / Memory / Hard Disk: 1.6 GHZ, 512 MB, 40 GB,
Screen / Wifi / BT / CD-Room: 14", yes / yes / CD-Rom

In the sticker the value on the left of semi-colon is fixed. The values on the right is dynamic based on the serial #.

Problem, we have done it with one sticker by using the command "=concatenate" the strings and getting it perfect but when we copy in other cell the values doen't increase by one cell but just jump so we have to do it manually.
Any formula which makes the cell reference in the "=concatenate" command also dynamic. Like what ever is the serial # it uses that values to calcuclate the rest value.

Thank you.
Saleem
