Hi,
not sure what the defaults are on a nokia anymore but try the usual suspects:

0000
1234
12345
You might also want to look into the bluetooth devices. If you computer is listed, remove it. Add it once again by searching for devices and try again. If a new pairing is made, it should ask you for a new code.
