Hello,
I recently attempted to upgrade the firmware on my tp link wr541g. Unfortunately did so wirelessly and I now realize that this was a bad idea. Now whenever I login to the router I simply get a blank page. The system light is blinking. It will distribute wireless Internet but none of the settings on the router can be changed. Is there anything that I can do? Is there any way to login or change the fireware through a terminal?

Thank you very much.

Normally the only way to log in to a wireless router is through a wired connection. This is an added level of security since you need physical access to the router to change things. I am surprised that it would allow this access via wireless. I would try to do the firmware update from a wired PC and then do the set-up again from the wired PC.

Good Luck
