From my iPhone to my new iTunes library

Hello,
I want to keep all the music in my iPhone iPod but when I try to sync the phone with iTunes on a different computer, it wants to erase all the music on my phone. Is there a way to put the music back in iTunes from my iPhone?

You can rebuild your iTunes library entirely from your iPhone using a third party tool named CopyTrans:

I had tried many, it's the safest software I had ever used to transfer my iPhone contents.
