Deletion of songs

Hello,
The screen on my phone is completely broke and i thought that i was clever so i tried to send A song via bluetooth and accidentally deleted all 169 of my songs from my memory card. is there anyway i can get them back?

Put the memory card into a PC and download Recuva (afre recovery program).
