How do you plug it in

Hello,
I can hear sound from my headphones- but not a lot. The little silver things where you put the hradphone and microphone input came out. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hello sir,

this means the headphone jack is damaged!

I will advise you to purchase a new one
