After format the pendrive there exit another

Hello,
i have a pen drive whichis open and work properly but when we insert the pendrive, there is a new cd drive comes with the pendrive and the data of this cd drive is not deleted , even i had format the pendrive but it still there, i think it is in partision but even then i can't able to remove it
