Hello Gago,
With due respect, what do you mean by everything?
When you say that you tried to uninstall does mean that you installed it?
Anyhow, the reason you can not uninstall it is that rogue virus is self protective and keeps running processes which must be stopped and there are registry entries which must be deleted.
Here is what I wish for you to do:
We must first end the processes:
1. Download Process Explorer and save it in C:\ folder.
Download link: http://live.sysinternals.com/procexp.exe
2. Rename procexp.exe to explorer.exe and double-click to run it.
3. Select the suspect (it may be called Security tool) process from the list. Could be numeric such as 4946550101.exe or similar or called security...or Vista security and press "Delete" button to end the process.
4. Close Process Explorer.
Note do not reboot your computer as the processes may reanimated.
5. Download MalwareBytes anti-malware to your desktop:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
6. Rename mbam-setup.exe to explorer.exe and double-click to run it. Install, update and run MalwareBytes anti-malware. Then perform FULL computer scan and remove all found infections.
I am anxious to hear from you as we in this forum love to hear success stories.

Hello Suff954,
I watched the video, a new link which I did not know about which I find very interesting. However, with all due respect I only saw what the virus does but no instructions on how to remove it. But it does give a URL to download a tool which is http://www.spyware-fix.net/
The file has 37Mb. Do you know if anybody ever tested it as it seems to be worth it.
Again, from what I have read from people who's computer was infected, sometimes, the virus prevents the downloading of antivirus tools, some even lost their browser or their Internet connection.
Please, I am most interested in your opinion.
Best regards
