Hello,   i just bought a new monitor but it did not come with the VGA cable however i used the other cable  what differnce will the VGA cable make and do I really need to go out and buy one?

Hi there,

Crt and older model had their vga cable included before and nowadays with new technology,new monitors specially Lcd's do not have the cable attached and soldered inside,so definitely need to purchase it,but you should have got it within the sealed package of the monitor,it must be included,refer to manual kit.
