Toshiba Dyanbook 2110

Hello,

How will i reformat toshiba dynabook 2110? its an old laptop w/o optical drive & can't detect an external dvd rom?

this laptop was given to me & has japanese os. when booting up, there is a hdd password. when entered the password, safeboot mobile data security will come out & i guess its asking for password again. when i enter the bios to change to cd to boot up first, there is a message >

Intel Boot Agent FE v4.1.09
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Existing Intel Boot Agent
Insert system disk in drive.
Press any key when ready....

in other words, i can not go inside the windows.
