Not getting any sound

Hello,
Hi I need help i am not getting any sound from my hp computer i am not hearing anything at all i can't hear any sound when i am playing radio on my computer i don't know what is wrong but i am not getting any sound at all please i need your help thank u.

Dear Maky,

Please check in the Device Manager whether the sound driver has been installed. If it has not been installed, please get it downloaded and installed from the below link:
