Mouse pad on hp mini 110

Hello,
i just bought a used hp mini 110 and can't enable the mousepad.. i had to buy a wireless mouse to be able to browse around..i can't find anything on this computer that would allow me to enable the mouse pad so I don't have to use this bothersome wireless mouse...any suggestions?? or am i stuck. maybe its just broken but i don't have that feeling..seems like it should be a quick fix somehow
