Hello,

hi im shoemate and i have been having a problem with itunes like 3 days ago it been stop working it makes it go blue and the the loading sign pops up and then it goes away and nothing happens and im thinking of uninstoling it the reinstoling it but then the i dont know if it will still have all the song on it so can anyone help me with my problem...

Hi there,

You can uninstall and reinstall the application it will not delete your files unless you remove them from my documents ,pictures,musics as they are saved there.
