How to merge cells in ex-cel-2003 by key board short cut key.

There is no such thing. How ever if want to use it because u you to merge many times, you can merge one time and then use F4 to repeat the last action

Other way would be create your on macro and assign it to a key

select the cell to use right click then click to merge cell option another method  use right click press m give the enter
