Hello,
I am unable to do anything I can't get on line, doesn't show network, security off, con't turn back on. It is like a zombie. Can it be fixed Also states my use is restricted, I do not have any of my system information and I can no longer get it can you help, should I call comcast or go to best buy. I need help

Comcast will not be of any help. Best Buy might be able to help.
