Hello, i have an acer zg5 aspire one and i had it for two months and last month something happen i turn it on and nothing pops up only the logo for acer and the window xp logo when its up loading and thats it but it wont go to where you see my icons or the start button. all that pops up is trhis thing that says " the application failed to intialized properly (0xc0000005). click on ok to terminate the application idk what to do i have nothing fr this computer just the plug and the laptop. so i need help anyone please.

You can reinstall Windows and restore to factory condition by using Acer eRecovery Management.

You can launch Acer eRecovery Management in a number of ways:
By pressing the hotkey <Alt> + <F10> during the boot-up process, or at any
time when you are running Microsoft Windows.
From the Start menu, go to Start > (All) Programs > Empowering
Technology > Acer eRecovery Management.
