Transcend Pen Drive not working

Hi Ash
My 2GB pendrive is working properly at other computers, but not in my computer
it was not detected by my computer
when i insert it to computer, my computer is going hang & i can not do any other work.

finally i have pull out the pendrive & restart my computer.

give some sugession, where my computer has some problem or problem in my pendrive.
