Trogen infected lap top

Hello,
Please help, my sister has a Toshiba model No PTM50E 012013, which has XP installed, The lap top has numerous Trogen's on it and I need to restore factory setting and instal Norton.
Can someone help me and explain how to get to the restore factory setting
