Windows xp not suppoted in compacq cq40 108TuClosed

Hello,
  Windows xp and any service pack of windows is not suppoted in compacq cp40 108tu
when i install windows xp then a problem with blue screen and message show (Pls check your vireous  on computer and remove any new install hardware 
   Pls Pls Pls give me soulation of this problem
