Can not send e-mails not in my address book

Hello,
All of a sudden I am unable to send an e-mail to an address not already in my address book.
Any suggestions?

Dear Judy,

Please check whether you email account is not too bulky first and this is not the source of the problem, it might be that there is a virus infection on it. Then contact the email service provider's support in order to have the solution to it.
