Hey there,

Everytime I open internet explorer I got a message from norton telling me that I have a generic pup x. what does that mean?

I tried doing a full scan of my machine but still problem persists anyone can help me please?

If you are paying for Norton then ask Norton for help. Try to update Norton - an old copy of Norton may not be able to delete a NEW virus.
