please go to my computer-->c:\ Or c drive --> Documents and Settings-->\(select user name dat is currently wat user ur logdin) Ex.administraotr or guest der u will find Local Settings

hey there,
you have surely been infected by some malwares. viruses or spywares try to get a software called zonealarm labs or another one called superantispyware and then doing a full scan of your computer and after that it should be working fine.
